In addition to high quality and clear origin (CO / CQ) products, specialized warranty solutions and technical supports are introduced to customers with the aim of meeting their needs as well as maintain the best equipments’ condition during operation and production.
Currently, the LAS Trading and Technical Services Co. Ltd   is applying warranty to all purchased products in accordance with manufacturer’s commitment. The warranty period lasts from 6 months to 1 year depending on types of products and manufacturers.
All warranty cases due to products’ mistakes are fixed / upgraded as the warranty commitment for each product group.
Recovery time:
– No more than 24 hours after receiving information about products needing warranty. Our company will give solutions and negotiate with customers.
– With normal problems, we will try to detect and fix them in the shortest time. In the case of serious problems requiring long reparation, we always have the contemporary measures to ensure customers’ production is not affected.
Technical checking and supports within warranty period
During the valid time period for warranty, we will have technicians periodically come to check and maintain technical conditions of equipment at the place of installation, ensuring that the system works well with high performance and low unusual breakdowns.

In case of necessity, we will make recommendations as well as the adjustments on product usage to make sure the best operating conditions.
